Aikido with a guest Instructor

Our dojo was visited by a very strong teacher this evening. Our teacher had strongly encouraged us to join in despite being beginer students. It was great. I didn't get much technical basic instruction but what I got to see was very high end style. We were also treated to some of Sensai's philosophy of Aikido. I can't begin to explain it.

We chose the right martial art.

I was again all charged up when I got home.
