There are times

When I want to blog and yet I have nothing to say. This is one of those times and I think you should commend me for not telling you I had a hamburger for lunch.

Yesterday, I had leftovers for lunch: Roadted chicken in an Almond Saffron sauce, Pork Roast braised in red wine with Dried Apricots and Cherries, and Rice Pudding sweetened with cinnamon and lemon zest.
